    Organizational Structure and Responsibilities of the International Education Department:

    I. General Administration Office (Party-Government Joint Office)

    1. Assist the Party and the department leaders in establishing and improving the department's internal governance system, including formulating and implementing rules and regulations.

    2. Draft office work plans, organize their implementation, and prepare work summaries.

    3. Manage student academic records, including: - Organizing verification of new students' information on the China Higher Education Student Information website (CHESICC) - Overseeing the completion of student registration forms. Reviewing and compiling statistics on student status changes - Managing student archives

    4. Handle the department’s graduates employment affairs, including: - Processing graduation procedures (certification documents, archives management, distribution and mailing) - Assisting departmental leadership and academic programs in developing partnerships with high-quality employers.

    5. Oversee departmental asset management, confidential document administration, and logistical support services.

    6. Coordinate with all offices to update content on the department's website modules.

    7. Develop/refine faculty performance evaluation and incentive distribution measures, ensuring stable implementation.

    8. Manage departmental personnel affairs.

    9. Assist with labor union (women's committee) related work.

    10. Support the Party and the department leaders in faculty professional ethics assessments.

    11. Handle affairs related to the Party and the department joint meetings.

    12. Assist all offices in conference arrangements and scheduling.

    13. Manage departmental financial operations, including budget preparation, final accounting, and reimbursement procedures.

    14. Organize departmental publicity campaigns, environmental development, and cultural initiatives.

    15. Complete the ad hoc tasks assigned by the department on time.

    II. Teaching Management Office

    1. Responsible for formulating departmental work plans, organizing their implementation, and drafting departmental work summaries.

    2. Manage examination-related work each semester, including final exams, make-up exams, and retake exams.

    3. Oversee the organization of routine teaching inspections each semester, including data compilation, random checks, and reporting.

    4. Handle teaching preparation before the semester begins, and conduct teaching inspections at the beginning, middle, and end of each semester.

    5. Responsible for classroom teaching quality evaluation each semester.

    6. Manage comprehensive practical training and internship programs (including platform data monitoring).

    7. Handle statistics on various teaching workloads and review teachers' class adjustment applications.

    8. Responsible for reviewing on-campus practical training project plans and inspecting their implementation processes.

    9. Organize examinations for students' Mandarin certificates, skill certificates, and 1+X certification programs.

    10. Take charge of the selection and recognition process for QiLu Craftsmanship Reserve Talents.

    11. Based on industry and regional economic development needs, organize and review professional construction plans for various disciplines.

    12. Oversee the development of talent cultivation plans across different majors.

    13. Coordinate annual talent cultivation data collection and quality report compilation, providing review and guidance.

    14. Organize, review, and guide the development of graduation project plans, and oversee their implementation and documentation.

    15. Manage the appointment and administration of part-time faculty members.

    16. Complete the ad hoc tasks assigned by the department on time.

    III. Scientific Research and Social Services Section

    1. Responsible for formulating and implementing departmental work plans, and drafting work summaries.

    2. Handle the organization, application, review, and submission of teaching reform projects, scientific research projects, and patents.

    3. Oversee the implementation of teaching and research projects, including mid-term inspections and final evaluations.

    4. Manage the review and filing of academic papers, monographs, and other research outputs.

    5. Organize, review, and file horizontal research projects, technical service projects, and research commercialization efforts.

    6. Coordinate continuing education and vocational training programs.

    7. Administer vocational skill certification for the department, monitors graduate certification rates (including vocational qualification certificates, vocational skill level certificates, and specialized competency certificates).

    8. Lead community education initiatives for the department.

    9. Head the introduction of training programs, development of specialized programs, and the establishment of training bases, including their cultivation, application, and construction.

    10. Organize feasibility studies, applications, and filings for school-enterprise cooperative education projects across disciplines, overseeing their implementation.

    11. Expand school-enterprise partnerships, fostering collaborations for talent development. Conduct targeted training programs based on enterprise needs, supplying skilled professionals; jointly establish internship bases and cooperative training centers.

    12. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the department on time.

    IV. Student Affairs Section (Youth League Branch)

    1. Formulate and implement departmental work plans, drafting work summaries.

    2. Handles domestic student recruitment for the department.

    3. Oversee initiatives to cultivate academic integrity.

    4. Conduct annual evaluations for counselors and homeroom teachers.

    5. Manage student union affairs, including defining operational models, organizational development, training in methodologies, and performance assessments.

    6. Responsible for student education management and ideological-political work; implement and refine student management systems; oversee international students' daily affairs, extracurricular activities, and safety matters.

    7. Liaise with campus administrative offices such as Security, Youth League Committee, and Student Affairs.

    8. Manage student military enlistment, orientation programs, and freshman military training.

    9. Organize freshman orientation, values education, school discipline training, graduation education, career guidance, and student career planning.

    10. Handle student safety education, accident aftermath, and emergency response.

    11. Oversee comprehensive student evaluations.

    12. Administer scholarships, grants, and loan programs.

    13. Coordinate student participation in competitions at various levels.

    14. Manage student ideological work.

    15. Assist the student Party branch with cultivating applicants and Party development.

    16. Facilitate procedures for students studying, interning, or working abroad.

    17. Oversee innovation/entrepreneurship initiatives, "Internet Plus" competitions, and career-related events.

    18. Organize social practice and volunteer activities.

    19. Manage alumni relations, including collecting, maintaining, and utilizing outstanding graduate data.

    20. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the department on time.

    V. International Exchange (Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan Affairs) Section

    1. Implement Party/state policies and college Party committee decisions.

    2. Formulate and execute departmental development plans and annual work schedules.

    3. Strengthen internal governance systems, establish regulations, and conduct evaluations.

    4. Organize international student competitions and hosts provincial/national events.

    5. Plan, develop, and manage the International Cultural Exchange Center.

    6. Handle foreign affairs and Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan activities.

    7. Draft internationalization strategies, regulations, and budgets for global engagement.

    8. Manage foreign expert recruitment, contract processing, and provides diplomatic activity briefings.

    9. Administer international/Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan cooperation projects and funding acquisition.

    10. Serve as liaison with superior foreign affairs offices and overseas institutions.

    11. Oversee international student recruitment, academics, and administrative procedures.

    12. Develop Sino-foreign joint programs and introduces global educational resources.

    13. Promote international cultural/educational exchanges.

    14. Manage joint program development, applications, extensions, and oversight.

    15. Coordinate official overseas visits, approves faculty trips, and organizes international training.

    16. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the department on time.

    VI. Overseas Education Section

    1. Implement Party and department policies and the college directives.

    2. Develop and execute departmental plans and annual schedules.

    3. Enhance governance structures and implements evaluation mechanisms.

    4. Manage intercollegiate exchanges with overseas institutions.

    5. Expand global partnerships and encourages faculty participation in international organizations.

    6. Establish cross-border alliances to share vocational education resources and expertise.

    7. Align programs with international standards and develops "Chinese + Vocational Skills" courses.

    8. Apply for foreign-aid training projects and conducts part-time programs for overseas learners.

    9. Cultivate partnerships with top-tier foreign institutions.

    10. Process student study/work abroad applications and documentation.

    11. Complete temporary tasks assigned by the department on time.
