The College held 2025 Annual International Cooperation and Exchange Work Conference

On April 29, the college held 2025 Annual International Cooperation and Exchange Work Conference at Room 204 in the South Campus Training Hall. Liu Fuyu, Deputy Party Secretary and President, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was chaired by Xu Xiaoyan, Vice President and member of the Party Committee.

Liu Fuyu fully affirmed the achievements made in the college's international cooperation and exchange work over the past year. He pointed out that 2025 is the inaugural year of the school's second phase of the "High Quality High Level" construction. As an important support for the "High Quality High Level" construction, international cooperation and exchange require adherence to dialectical thinking and result-oriented approaches, strengthening the awareness of excellence and input-output, and further improving quality and efficiency. He emphasized three key points: First, to promote industry-education collaboration "moving global." Deepen international industry-education integration, fully leverage the role of the "Belt and Road" Textile and Apparel Vocational Education Alliance and the Weifang City Industry-Education Joint Overseas Community, improve the existing overseas "Ban-Mo Academy," and systematically develop international cooperation brand projects with Shanke characteristics that can be sustainably promoted. Second, to attract excellence and intelligence "bringing in." Relying on the school's existing five Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, optimize the educational model, standardize project management, actively introduce high-quality overseas educational resources, enhance cooperation levels and educational quality, and make the school's Sino-foreign cooperative education programs larger, stronger, and more distinctive. Third, to shape the "Study at Shanke" brand. Complete the high-level quality certification of the school's international students in higher vocational education, based on the construction of the school's second phase of the"High Quality High Level" professional clusters, expand the scale of degree-seeking international students in a planned manner, improve the quality of international student cultivation, and nurture cross-cultural communication international talents who know, love, and appreciate China with solid technical skills.

At the meeting, the International Cooperation and Exchange Office presented the school's 2024 achievements in international collaboration and outlined its 2025 work plan. It also announced the on-site review for the quality certification of higher vocational education for international students in China. The Department of Intelligent Manufacturing and the Department of Textile and Garment showcased their efforts and accomplishments in international cooperation, offering valuable insights to attendees. Outstanding international student representatives shared their impressions of the school in Chinese.

The meeting was attended by over 40 participants, including officials from the Party Committee (Dean's Office), Organization Department (Personnel Office and Talent Office), Propaganda and United Front Work Department, Youth League Committee, Academic Affairs Office, Student Affairs Office, Finance Office, Security Office, Logistics Service Management Office, and Network Information Center, as well as department heads of teaching departments, deputy directors overseeing international exchange programs, and directors of Sino-foreign cooperative education projects.
